Important Information for Brides to be.
The term ''couture'' is often misused in the bridal business. Often times you will find this term attached to certain brands claiming to be couture. The true definition of the word couture is ''the business of designing, making and selling highly fashionable, usually custom made clothing for women.'' This is what Carmela Sutera has and always will do for her brides. Every gown is hand made to order, usually to measurements provided by our authorized retailers. We stress the importance of fit and we provide our retailers with all the information they need to ensure a proper fit. While every gown can be made to measure, you may still need some nips and tucks from the stores alteration specailist.
